California Assembly Bill 1200 require manufacturers of cookware and bakeware to disclose the presence of certain chemicals that are intentionally added on any cookware surface that comes into contact with food or in the handle of the product.

Masterclass uncoated stainless steel and ceramic-coated cookware surfaces are manufactured without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, or PFOA.

However, we have chosen to disclose the listed chemicals that may be present in the substrate layers beneath the food-contact surface and those listed chemicals that may be present in our handles. The presence of these chemicals does not mean that our cookware or bakeware appliances will pose a health risk with normal use.
